All Amazon Claim Codes are merchant specific, and experience tells us that this is one of the most common reasons for claim codes failures. What this means is that for our claim codes to work properly, you must purchase the specific item sold by Amazon seller Integrity Resources. We may (or may not) be the Buy Box seller at any given time, but if not we should be shown under "Other Sellers on Amazon".
Some other reasons claim codes can fail...
- Could be an expired code, if so then that's on us and we will gladly replace it with a fresh claim code.
- Every once in a while (gulp!) we make a mistake when setting up the codes. In this case we will certainly replace.
- We have seen a few instances where for reasons unknown to us, a buyer is not able to apply a claim code. In those instances you will need to contact Amazon Customer Service
